![]() Very proud of how this track is coming together.
Took me a little under two hours to finish a just under a minute of this song; I packed so much detail into this track it's unbelievable. With great pleasure, I'm posting a 30 second clip of my new track "Visions". I plan on releasing the full song, along with others, in an EP on a new dubstep / glitch / electronic project I'm starting up. Stoked. Here's the snippet: http://soundcloud.com/gerald-wiseman/vibin-chorus-preview I hope you guys like it as much as I liked creating it. More to come! |

![]() It sounds like the kick is causing mad clipping all over the place. If that's intentional, okay, but it doesn't sound all that hot compared to a clean, heavy kick. I wish I could give you some advice on how to EQ it but I really suck ass at mixing these types of songs, but whatever - the synths sound cool and stuff, it's really just the kick that really bothers me here.

![]() I purposefully "ducked"the bass synth to add more of a "bang" to the kick, so it may sound as if the kick was clipping the bass out of the song. I'll no doubt be messing around with more possibilities as far as mastering goes throughout this song, that's still my weak point as a producer. Haha. Thank you for letting me know though.
