Hey Guys, Been Forever, Wondering if You ALL could help out

I am hoping you could take a few minutes of your time to check out this survey promoting Wal-mart for my senior project at Pace University, it will greatly assist my market research credentials and the more numbers we get will bolster the accuracy of the results.

I am in no way affiliated with Wal-mart and this is only "basic" research for an idea, nothing is actually being affected.

I think one of the buttons is broken; one of the multiple choice answers said "click to write option" or something and I didn't see a text field after clicking it.

Did you disable it? Get any "interesting" responses?

Yeah that was an error we forgot to add a final option, you can just ignore it.

Again, appreciate the responses, please support it up, this research is eventually going to lead to a Marketing Campaign competition at the end of next semester.
