I started Sm 2 months ago when my brother showed me, and i started ffr 3 days ago.

If you don't mind me tossing one in, I think this is probably the best I've done so far. Yes, it is on an Very Easy level song so it's nothing compared to most of you. But considering that I've only been at this a few days, full combos are still rare events for me, and I was only 2 away from a perfect combo, I wanted to share.

I dropped the quality before playing which is why it looks fuzzy. Sometimes it helps avoid lag (which breaks a bunch of my long combos on me), sometimes it doesn't. *shrug*

P.S. -- Maybe an aside, but how does the in game "Rank" and "Your Best Rank" work? I don't quite understand them.

That's a really high A on Moon Child, should probably be a AA.

Yeah.. i think the only reason it isn't a AA is that fact i got 7 misses

There is one or two parts where i just can't get it, mainly the hard-ish sort of bit at the beginning. I am working on it though

Earlier today, I was 1 arrow away from getting a full combo on Raindrops. I hit some lag, but it was early in the song and luckily few arrows were on screen so I kept my combo going. What got me (again) was that faster run towards the end of the song. I can tell that I'm getting better at that part with practice, but I think I must have hesitated a little too long on one arrow which caused the miss. I ended up with that 1 miss, around a dozen goods and the rest were perfects. So with a bit more practice, I should hopefully be able to full combo Raindrops soon, if lag doesn't pop in and screw me up.

Hey Dronak...you seem to have a lot of trouble with lag...i was wondering, are you using a 56k? Or is your computer a bit older...? I've never really had a problem with lag...but i'm on cable with a fairly powerful laptop...

I've only been playing for a couple months, now, i guess...but i'm pretty proud of my progress, even though it annoys me that i've tried time and time again to get a FC on La Luna Caida and i just can't seem to manage it...

As long as people don't mind newbies besides the original poster adding some scores, here's an update from me. A little more practice and I was able to get a FC on Raindrops. But it wasn't quite as clean as the near FC I got before -- less perfects and more goods this time. Too bad I can't seem to do anything about the lag and will just have to deal with it. I'm almost certain that these lag pauses caused me to blow a few FCs on other songs. BTW, I'm not saying I can consistently FC this or any other song. But I have gotten a few more FCs recently so I think I am starting to get the hang of this.

Yeah, it's still all easy level stuff, but I have to build my skill.
