Every Rebound Simfile! (Since 2008)

Hello!

This is a thread where you can download every simfile that I've made since 2008! I will not download any of my FFR charts in this thread however feel free to ask for it by AIM/MSN/PM if you want it that badly. Also, if you would like to have a file that i have made before 2008, feel free to PM me for them as well. Also, every time I reach 20 files, I will bundle them up into a minipack for easy download.

Moon [A] (Subjectivemanias Pack) = My first legit Stepmania file to ever get in a pack. It contains a lot of mine placements that would probably make you rage. Also, i thought that some of the patterns were too hard to hit. Worst stepmania file i have ever made.

Unknown Girl (Community Keyboard Megapack 4) = My attempt to restep Unknown Girl from the ODI Pack. It starts out well but when you reach the chorus part, it looks like a JS DUMP file which is something Patashu warned me about when he was testing this file.

Witchcraft (FFR Community Pack 3) = MASSIVE STEPPING BOOST! My very first file xmod file. This was the first file that got me noticed as a step artist but it wasn't artistic enough to get me the Light Chancellor title but it was close. Playing this on c-mod is pretty decent but somewhat repetitive. Playing this on x-mod is where the fun is! Definitely worth downloading!

Scarlet Rose (Light Chancellor Pack 3) = This is the file that got me the Light Chancellor ranking so i would play this! Thought some of the layering was a bit over-layered at times and i think i could have put in more emphasis on the main instruments. Still a pretty decent file that you should download!

Finders Keepers (Light Chancellor Pack 3) = My best file yet as of far. At first, this was an experiment file for the FFR batch just to see if they would reject it or not but it turned out that it got all +'s which proved my point about the FFR batch system. Definitely something you would want to download. Note: This is the final version of Finders Keepers, the one on the LCP3 is outdated because it was too late to send this version of it.

Voyage to the Outside World (Light Chancellor Pack 3) = My attempt to step an outsider file. This file was the most time consuming file i have ever stepped. This probably took around 5 hours to step and yet, it didn't turn out the way i liked for it to turn out but it did got some positive feedback so i would download this as well!

Secret File h0h0h0 (???) = My very first file that i decided to be more expressive on, turned out really REALLY good! A MUST DOWNLOAD!

Secret File h0h0h0 v2 (???) = My attempt to restep a file from the FFR Batch. Turned out 5x better! A DEFINITE DOWNLOAD!

Mosaic (FFR Community Pack Summer 2011) = This is a file I am proud of because of how simple and creative it is. I will consider this one of my better simplistic files.

Waka Laka (FFR Community Pack Summer 2011) = A file I make because I felt like it. This was literally my attempt to copy Roar's jumpstream style and at the same time, along with moches mine theory style and gundam-dude's color theory style. It turned out pretty interesting...lol. I really enjoyed stepping this.

EDIT: I decided to only upload serious files on this thread just to reduce cluster. I will most likely release a pack that will have every single one of my dump packs in there including unreleased ones. There will be times that i will randomly upload a "challenge" dump file for you guys to try if i ever get bored or something so keep an eye on that

Alright, uploading is done. I haven't added Witchcraft yet because I'm about to replace the mp3 with a higher quality one and fix up the offset and stuff. Everything else should be up though!

What's with the difficulty rating of the files? Finders Keepers is not a 9 using the modern system.

The so called "modern" difficulty rating system (I would assume this being adapted from Konami) does not and should not apply to keyboard files, which is why the difficulty ratings have been revamped based on notes-per-second, as Alex mentioned.

That scale based on pad files, and the former scale based between a 1-10 point scale are too inaccurate and subjective in comparison to NPS. The entire point of NPS is to give beginner-intermediate players a better measure of where they are skill wise. As an example, some random person coming out of the blue saying that "they can pass 10-footers" should realize that that means absolutely nothing because of difficulty scale inconsistencies. Changing the scale to NPS adds to the confusion, sure, but it's the only way to fix that inconsistency matter.

tl;dr version: NPS scale. I will back up and say that you should play Rebound's LCP3 files.

the formula is NPS then upward/downward adjustments based on scoring elements in the file, so theoretically there could be files rated higher than 15

also glad to see this thread up, and everybody should play Rebound's LCP3 files if they haven't yet
