Max 300 VS. Maxx Unlimited

I'm sure this has been done before, but I'm curious on your thoughts. Which song is harder to pass/FC(depending on skill level).

I personally think Max 300 is harder because my legs don't move that fast...and I can force my legs on the jumps in unlimited. But my pick is 300.

Agreed. But I personally like MAX 300 more.

max 300's harder cuz theres parts in it that are extremely hard when it does like 16 quick 8th notes ina row in can throw u off track the most maxX does is 12 and the only reason they cant AAA maxX is cuz some parts its impossible too like the 2 steps before the 4 jumps and the up left down after the freezes before the second set of freezes

if u can read max300 successfully or get to be good enough to move successfully it'l be easier to get a better grade but just passing max300's harder

I will say MaxX Unlimited. In DDR Extreme, you have to hold alot.

How is this even a discussion? Maxx Unlimited is WAY harder to pass AND fc or AAA. PERIOD. How can you even compare it... max300 is way easier than the other 2 maxes...

although unlimited have the same arrow count(not max FC), unlimited has more jumps, and they are CRAZY! plus i AA'ed 300 tons of times. unlimited is a pain to get through and much more tiring. not to mention the runs. so unlimited wins hands down.

Depends on how you look at it. Max 300 is pretty hard, but I A'd it (on Standard, not Heavy =*() and MaxX Unlimited... I can hardly beat it on Standard. Unlimited wins in difficulty, but 300 wins in pwnability(Thats my word, and yes, I did just make it up).

no way max300's harder because theres some parts in the song harder than others Max unlimited it just stays the same difficulty thru out the whole song I dont kno I DONT CARE I can pass them both anyway

MaxU is the same speed, and is WAY more techincal. It has freezes and stuff, and jumps in the runs near the end of the song. It also has bpm changes making it harder to PA, and max 300's steps in general are way easier.

yeah, and it should have those weird ass inverse gallops but as 32nd notes. and the bpm should constantly fluxuate from 1000-5000 and it shouldn't be availabe on training mode and there should be lots of jumps and it should just shoot you in the face in the middle of the song. woot.

Amen to that. Besides Max 300 is frickin easy to pass especially during the 16ths towards the middle of the song. The reverse gallops in MU are harder plus MU takes alot more stamina to do jumps, holds, and runs all in a row. If you think Max 300 is hard, someone should whup you like a redheaded stepchild from Cinderella, biioootch.

there are no 16ths in MAX300. those are 12ths in the middle and the end. well, actually they are 6ths, but who cares.

and yeah, i can pass MAX300 on heavy occasionally, but i havent been able to pass Maxx Ultd yet

to what was said earlier about JSB being the only one to AAA MaXx, i don't even consider that really AAAing it. If you saw the way he did it i believe you would agree with me. JSB has big feet cause he is tall so he stands on the corners and rocks back and forth...I can do that dude..I haven't seen him AAA legitly so yea. No offense to JSB but yeah. And to the topic that i am here for...Max 300 has been AAA'd by everyone and their mom and their own personal midget. so MaxX is harder alot harder and for the record i have gotten close to AAAing it..9 greats 1 good and an almost. Maxx Unlimited is UNQUESTIONABLY HARDER than Max300. Seriously, this isn't even a debate. This is a FACT. A real debate would be whether PSMO or Maxx Unlimited is harder.
