Who's gonna go see it? I believe it just came out today, and i'm lookin forward to it. It should be a good movie

Meh, I've never been a Vin Diesel fan, and the movie just looks like its gonna be full of Bronco lines, and cheesy action. Plus i've never seen Pitch Black either, which is the sequel to this movie, or something like that...

This movie is supposed to be the sequel to Pitch Black. I'm going to go see it on saturday (tomorrow).

Played the game on Xbox and it's awesome.

Pitch Black is awesome. One of the greatest Sci-Fi Horrors in a long time. Chronicles of Riddick will NOT have cheesy action or bronco lines.

i'm sad to say omega's dillusional.

every movie vin diesel's been in has been a cheap attempt to combine 007 and arnold (i'm not even gonna attempt his last name), and a badly done attempt at that.

sci-fi horror is a genre that's proud to say that it houses phantasm... that's not something to be proud of. sure, the flying balls of death were cool, but the whole thing was just laden with "... wtf, man?". so yeah.

having said that, i'll continue to diss vin diesel.

XXX was metiochre, at best. hey that rhymes. it was kinda good the first time, but i couldnt watch it again, for fear that i would puke out my internal organs with displeasure.

fast and furious was "meh". again, i couldnt see it a second time without being shackled down and my eyelids stapled to my forehead.

the sequal, and retardedly-named so, 2 fast 2 furious, mustve had its title created by retarded monkeys after a fresh lobatomy and castration. really, what the hell. must they use numbers? we know it's the sequal. we get it. god damn. but it's the same god damned title as the first one!

i'm reminded of an episode of "angry beavers". it's a cartoon on nickelodeon.

the two beavers became disco stars with a song called "beaver fever", and everyone loved it. then they were pushed to do another song, and they called it "MORE beaver fever", and it was the exact same song, except everytime they said "beaver fever", they said "more" right before it. its basically the product of laziness multiplied by stupidity.

and that's just the facking title. need i go on?

so yeah. vin diesel is bald and imputant, and should be "fixed" so that we never have to see little vin diesels running around because of some ditzy 18 year old that was obsessed with vin and threw herself onto him.

While I also did not like Vin Diesel's other movies, his character in Pitch Black is much different and better.

and alien resurrections wasnt that good. it was a notch above pitch black, though. six below the original "aliens".

Vin wasn't even in 2Fast 2Furious, so I'm not sure why you mentioned it.

Anywayz, Pitch Black was a pretty decent sci fi horror movie with the awesome character of Riddick which pushed it above mediocrity in my opinion. Riddick was both very cool and very interesting. Chronicles looks very cool. I'm sure its not going to be as astounding or influential as something like the original Star Wars or The Matrix, but it looks like a sweet ride. I'm up for that. The game is supposed to kick ass too.

It will suck. Vin Diesel has yet to star in a movie that was good. Well, I liked the Iron Giant, but then again, he was just adding voice work to it and not trying to act. He is about as good an actor as Ben Afleck, which is to say, he should find another profession.

Come on give the movie a chance. Although I don't agree with ur statement that every movie Vin Diesel has starred in sucks, there's a first time for everything and I'm pretty sure that Chronicles is gonna be an awesome movie. Oh yeah, for all of yall who haven't seen pitch black you should go out and rent it, thats one of the better movies Vin Diesel has starred in and its pretty good.

If you're looking for a thought provoking, intellegent movie, look elsewhere. All of Vin Diesel's flicks are basically rowdy, violent shoot-em-ups. XXX, Fast and the Furious, etc...however, if you're hanging out with your friends and just want something to go FUUCKING OWNED to, there you go.

Although I agree that he has the acting talent of a slice of cheese, although not quite to the level of Ben Affleck.

The only reason I want to see this movie at all is because I rented the XBOX game and beat it. Vin was the main character in the game and I happend to enjoy him. The game is only a story though, I don't think it has much to do with Pitch Black or the new movie that just came out. But, imo, it was pretty sweet all around.

I just finished watching this movie called Samourais. It's about these jap clans that released evil uponm the world and the latest generation seen in the movie has to kill it. It's also about a game called Dark Bushido 2,it's insane you have to rent it.
