It's possible. You'd bne suprised how fast some people can move. I know this dude that plays the guitar so fast you cant even see his fingers.

Joe Satriani played fotbb as a solo. So did Nuno Bettencourt. I could play fotbb on clarinet at about 150 bpm, but that was about it.
