This should be stickied, just because.
ALWAYS RESIZE YOUR SCREENSHOTS. When you don't the page can take a long time to load for slow computers and those with dial-up. It also stretches the page and makes everything hard to read, especially for those with computers running at low resolutions. Also, your screenshots should always be in jpeg from, never bitmap! In case you don't know how to do these things: In Photoshop, go to Image -> Image Size... When the box comes up, change the unit of measure to pixels, and make sure it's about 600 wide and 450 wide (or less, if you prefer). When you are done, click okay and go to File -> Save As... In the textbox labeled "Format" make sure JPEG is selected. Save it, and you're ready to upload and show us your scores. In Paint, simply go to Edit -> Select All (ctrl+A) and scroll to the bottom right corner of the picture so you can see the little box in the corner. Click and drag the box up and to the left in order to resize the picture. Don't worry if the proportions are exactly correct; as long as it's legible we won't fuss much. Now (this is important), after you have made your picture an appropriate size, click in the white area that remains to deselect your screenshot. If you have scrolled away, go back to the lower right-hand corner of the image until you see the little box on the edge of the canvas. Click and drag this up to the corner of your screenshot to eliminate any unwanted white space. Now that you've gotten your screenshot to a good size, go to File -> Save As... Before you save, make sure the textbox labelled "Save as type:" indicates that you will save as a JPEG. Now, save it, upload it, and show your scores. Now, those were assuming you took a screenshot in Stepmania (or any fullscreen DDR emulating program). If you are going to post a screenshot of an FFR score, make sure you crop it. In case you don't know how: In Photoshop, select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) and drag a box around the FFR window in your screenshot. Then, go to Image -> Crop. You're screenshot will be reduced to just the FFR screen with your score in it. Now, save it as I explained earlier. In Paint, select the rectangular marquee (should be at the top of the tools) and draw a box around the FFR window in your screenshot. Once you have everything you want to keep selected, drag it to the very top left of the canvas. To get rid of all the excess stuff you don't want (in other words, crop it), click outside your selection to deselect and scroll to the bottom right corner of the canvas. Find the little box in the corner and click and drag it up to the bottom right corner of your FFR score screen. This will resize the canvas so all that shows is your score. Once you have everything cropped, save it as I described earlier. That should be everything you need to know, expressed as simply as I can possibly put it. If you still don't understand (and if you still post ridiculously huge screenshots) you're obviously beyond my help.

That's a bad way of resizing images in paint, because it really lowers the quality of JPEGs. Instead, go to Image -> Stretch/Skew and set the dimensions to 50%x50%. You usually get better quality that way.

This shouldn't be stickied. It's not a big problem. The people that do it get told in the topic not to.

I don't see why you would need to resize one, seeing as when you press the print screen button, it saves it at perfect screenshot size.

i'm proud of that score XD Nice...
And... I don't wanna lower the resolution... I have it on the highest setting... For some reason I'm not used to the lower settings and I don't do as well on them k? Edit: NM, that combo isn't that good I can beat it but with a lower score.

you're a fucking idiot Kenzya... that is NVLM'S DIGNITY... What did you get on it? I bet you're thinking of Moogy's dignity.
There is no way in hell you can even get CLOSE to that score.\ Judging from your other scores there is no way you can beat that. You probably can't even pass but maybe you can but not near that score. 32nds at 195bpm? RIGHT... Edit: 30 perfects on Moogy's dignity. Edit: 25... I think this is what you're thinking of... The best score is still the A 87 mill on NVLM's.
