Shoud I get Modern Warefare 2 or assassins creed 2. I personally don't like FPS games. I prefer ones like Metal Gear Solid 4, it's my favourite, however, most of my friends are getting MW2. I would get assassins creed if the single player is really good. What do u think about the single player mode. By the way what's your PSN, u could be my FFR buddy on my PS3.

Modern Warfare 2. Even though ACII has a lot of new features, some small glitches still remain (many which show up when trying to run away from guards, like sticking to perches or running up walls when trying to cut corners). Single player only games have less replay value. If you want a game that will get you sucked in and keep you sucked in, MW2's multiplayer does a great job of doing just that.

Btw, OP, you missed the fact that X-Play gave it a 4/5.

MW2 will take you more than months to 100% EVERYTHING in the game including the multiplayer and Spec-Ops mode.

I'm more than 30 hours played on multiplayer and havn't even prestiged once.

Pretty much this. Also, the extra download-able content was cool as well. The back story that it painted after I had finished everything was what did it for me. I hope/can't wait for the 3rd game.

I don't want to sound weird but MW2 Just isn't my game... The storyline to me seemed broken and meaningless, the multiplayer was decent but I not once found a group that talked. It was annoying.
I like the multiplayer on Nazi Zombies better, god that game is fun...
AC2 I got to play for an hour... (ARRGGGH!!!! x.x)
But I would take AC2 any day over MW2 or the bonus level in Call of Duty 5 with ZOMBIES... awww... goood times.... goood times...

I agree i would much rather play through assassins creed 2 again then keep doing the same thing on MW2 i played online a couple of times and it wasnt really my style. Anyways 10 out of 10 for assassins creed to it was quite an addicting game.

I'm guessing you havn't played Spec-Ops, Paqrat. Also, the story line is amazing (that is if you've played the CoD4 story).

They're both amazing games, I have MW2 now and I'll have ACII at Christmas.

I played the story in one sitting its way to short but i will agree that the story and sequences in MW2 are awesome and it is worth at least playing through the actual campaign.

Did you play it on Veteran? Took me forever, let alone I'm not finished finding all the intel.
