that is the cynic off bms. The person just used ren's bg and banner though.

Edit: I just played it and it is basically a random spree of 4th and 8th notes with freezes mixed in..it really sucks.

the steps suck. it's just Mash Mash Revolution. i dont think i'll ever play it again, even if i do get a keyboard that accepts all the mashing. it's unfun
