Default Practice for SM Tourney

Each songs are on their respective hardest difficulties; I always change every hardest difficulty of every stepfile I download to heavy.

I would if it was within 5 hours of driving distance. Actually, I wouldn't because the songs are piss easy. I believe they are all officials?

"PS: For the Stepmania tourney, only allow people to play on the arrow keys or numpad. Trust me, I've seen enough scoring competitions to know that this is a big deal."

LOL... how lame arch.... ever think that some people can't play worth a crap on the arrow keys or numpad because of the way their hands are? I have short fingers and small hands.. they sit on top of each other basically on the arrow pad... it's extremely difficult to do anything because they are in the way of each other. Ehh, like it matters though.. I'm not going. :P

Meh, I'd just use left and down from the arrow pad, and 5 and 6 on the number pad or something like that XD Thats a homo rule.

But yea, its way to far for me to go o_O

I'm in edmonton Canada... no way in hell I can go... But even if it was a province away or something, I wouldn't go that far for a damn sm competition with 3 dollar fee lol when the plane ticket costs like 1000 bucks.

Arch0wl you better win this...

I might consider going. I live in Seattle, so its about a five hour trip by car for me.

I don't really know if there would be a point though. Since I play one handed, I have next to no chance of even getting past the first round :/

Reach, banditcom....

I assure you that in Pop'n Music CS tourneys they don't allow you to use key configs other than the defaults, and SM is no different. Same with fighting games. You're out of your mind if you expect this from any tourney, as not only does it take a lot of time for each person to config and unconfig their key configuration so it makes the tourney essentially run longer but it just fucks with everything. Boo hoo you have weird fingers, oh well.

I figure I can make at least $70, a plane ticket right now in the US is hardly anything, so that'd cover at least half of it.

But I don't even know if I can go or not. You people are acting like it's set in stone.
