it should be in the very first option when you hit escape in the editor

If you mean on the SelectMusic screen
go to your themes metrics (C:\Program files\stepmania\themes. Click on metrics.ini and look for [DifficultyMeter] Then you'll see something like: NumFeetInMeter= Change it to whatever value you want |

err dont u just press the esc button while u're in the song editor and then click on "edit step ___ (i 4got what it said)" [The first choice] and where it says :
Meter (1) change it according to how hard your music is xD simple |
