Default Question about Kinkos.

Can Kinkos allow you to turn an ordinary photograph into a wall poster? something around the size of like 27.5 inches (vertical) by 21 inches (horizontal)? I have about 13 photos that I'd like to turn into full size posters.. originally I was going to print them out from my home computer and then cut them out, staple them together and then tape to the wall, but... I want a neat job this time. So my question is, does Kinkos allow you to do this? If so, how much do you think 1 poster of that size, maybe even a little bigger would go for (in color)? Thanks for the help.

It'll be expensive with 13 photos. However, I know of no any other way.
