Xoon Pad Pack Released!

Yep, Bluexoon made a pad pack.

The files in this pack were judged at a more lenient rate (aka we weren't pad nazis making packs that end up not being any fun anyways hehe). However, the files in this pack are all pretty fun. Give em a try. No I am not just saying this since about a third of the pack is just my files.

A BIG thank you goes out to Gundam-Dude for busting out the vast majority of the gfx and for judging. Thanks to yotipo for judging as well. There are a few stolen gfx in here, but what the **** ever haha. (actually i made Sanchez's CD title too, so yay i have gfx clout)

All songs are length patched and r21 ready. Now without further stalling....

(Buizel) - Anisakis: I just find this one really fun. Dunno why [8/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - Be Natural: Pretty fun. Stops are a nice little added touch [7/10]

(Sanchez) - Bowser's Castle: Overrun with mines, but that's the fun part of the file. He was kinda pissed when I made him change a couple things, but whatever. It's fun. [7/10]

(Kommisar) - Coloris: **** you Chris. [8/10]

(Buizel) - Divinity: A little repetitive, but overall a pretty fun file [7/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - Flowering Night: I like this file. The slowdown with the 32nd minitrills is obnoxious as ****, but still kinda cool overall. [7/10]

(Buizel) - J219 (Ura-Rokkou Mix): Stream patterns tend to get a bit repetitive at times, but when playing, it's a bit hard to really notice. Yes, a freeze and a hand to accentuate one sound is VERY necessary [7/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - Kuma Beat: Nothing really special about this one, but it's not bad. [6/10]

(Kommisar) - Laser Cruster: Very tiring with all the streams, but pretty fun. [7/10]

(Buizel) - Luna Marionette 1.2x: Mine placement is my favorite part of this file. This is one of the funnest pad files I have played (not including really hard ones, but I'm really not that good yet, so yeah) [9/10]

(Buizel) - Max Love: Straightforward and fun file [7/10]

(Kommisar) - Megane De Ne!: This is one of the funner files I have played. [8/10]

(Buizel) - Nefertiti: The jumps get a little annoying, but still fun. I freakin love this song <3 [7/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - O_L: Using BPM to step a sound was really cool. Fun file [9/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - PICO PICO Rabbit: Really fun file. The 1337 bpm minitrill was really gay, but its still cool overall [8/10]

(Buizel) - See You Again: It's not just Miley Cyrus, it's xmodded Miley Cyrus [28/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - Soukuu ni Mae, Sumizome no Sakura: Too many trills and jumps for my particular tastes. Definitely not a bad file, but just not one I'm all that interested in [6/10]

(Kommisar) - Stray Girl In Her Lenses: Great warmup file. Nice use of mines (even though they were very obvious placements haha) [7/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - The Clear Blue Sky: A bit repetitive, but fairly straight forward and fun [7/10]

(Kommisar) - The Vanishment of Hatsune Miku: This might as well be a PIU file. I'm sorry, but I don't like this one. Kommi knows I don't haha [5/10]

(Buizel) - The Venerable Ancient Battlefield: It may sound concited, but this is my favorite file of the pack. Even though it is a bit long [10/10]

(Gundam-Dude) - Toradora! x Sand Canyon: The song prevents me from enjoying this file. Sorry bro [6/10]

(Buizel) - Trisection: I finally passed the 24th stream the last time I played ITG, and lemme tell you I had a lot of fun with that haha [7/10]

(ddrace) - Truly Madly Deeply: Simple and fun [7/10]

(Kommisar) - Valenti: Shut up Kommi this file IS fun [8/10]

Downloading (quick reviews after)

I am pretty happy someone tried to step Nefertiti because i love the song. Trisection, Max Love and Anisakis has been done before, but i am hoping trisection wasn't made stupidly hard. Luna Marionette is a cool song as well. -Still Downloading-

Anisakis: Slow downs weren't necessary, but whatever. Still prefer Kommisars chart.

Be Natural: Its okay didnt like it that much.

Bowser's Castle: Could have used more 16ths (still would have been a 9) Not bad

Coloris: Silikon type file lol, its pretty cool

Divinity: 24ths were cool thats pretty much it.

Flowering Night: unnecessary streams, needed some more flare. gimmicks though were pcool

J219: Wont review, i stepped this like long ago lol

Huma beat: kind of repetitive. You guys dont believe in crosses do you?

Laser Cruster: pcool stream file, nice gimmicks

Luna Marionette: the One foot part is lol. 16th hands, but i actually liked this file. You should have changed your crosses up a bit

Max Love: probably my fav file atm

Megane De Ne: I review this already

Nefertiti: Too many jumps and some of them you can barely hear what they are accenting. Adding a stream was a pretty good idea kept
it from getting boring

O_L: Reviewed before

Pico Pico Rabbit: Another one i liked though the gimmicks are lol

See you Again: No :/

The clear blue sky: didnt like this much

Well I played through all of it, obviously on stepmania because that's all I can do lol. Certainly some interesting stuff, but a good handful of it I feel either isn't really up to scratch quality-wise or simply wasn't agreeing with me. Nonetheless, I'll list and comment on my favourites:

Coloris - Already downloaded this off FFR. I see you re-rated this as a 10, which I reckon was sensible. lol stopspam
Flowering Night - Interesting song choice and good occasional use of gimmicks. Feels a teeny bit underdone, but it's all cool.
Kuma Beat - No I'm not putting this here just because I fluked a AAA. >_>
Laser Cruster - Again already picked up from FFR. Not much else to say apart from <3. Somehow this is my #1 of the bunch.
LunaMarionette - Not bad actually. Wasn't incredibly fond of the hand trill, but all things considered it's nothing too awful I suppose.
MAX LOVE - Straightforward stuff gets my approval if it's appropriate for the song. Steps go with the song well imo
O_L - There were some pretty inspired gimmicks here I reckon, and you didn't screw them up. *squees*
PICO PICO Rabbit - Kinda repetitive, and the 1337 trill still throws me off somewhat. Otherwise, good song choice/gimmick work thar.
Stray Girl In Her Lenses - Helps keep my fingers nice and toasty. :3 But you super duper sure it's a 9 and not a 10?
The Clear Blue Sky - Quite fond of this song, I must say. Chart does it great justice imo. Did the mini-freezes have to be that short though?
The Vanishment of Hatsune Miku - The mega trill rapes every fibre of my being. I suppose that makes me a massive masochist. Very good stuff overall.
Valenti - I suppose you could have done something other than 16th runs in the choruses, but I do still like this.

Yeah, that's all I can be bothered to say on this. Not bad, sirs.

Wasn't incredibly fond of the hand trill, but all things considered it's nothing too awful I suppose. MAX LOVE - Straightforward stuff gets my approval if it's appropriate for the song. Steps go with the song well imo O_L - There were some pretty inspired gimmicks here I reckon, and you didn't screw them up. squees PICO PICO Rabbit - Kinda repetitive, and the 1337 trill still throws me off somewhat. Otherwise, good song choice/gimmick work thar. Stray Girl In Her Lenses - Helps keep my fingers nice and toasty. :3 But you super duper sure it's a 9 and not a 10? The Clear Blue Sky - Quite fond of this song, I must say. Chart does it great justice imo. Did the mini-freezes have to be that short though? The Vanishment of Hatsune Miku - The mega trill rapes every fibre of my being. I suppose that makes me a massive masochist. Very good stuff overall. Valenti - I suppose you could have done something other than 16th runs in the choruses, but I do still like this. Yeah, that's all I can be bothered to say on this.
