assist tick is horrible... i used to think it was good, but it actually gives you horrible MA and PA for som reason. If you did that good job.

How do you think it is horrible?! How could it give you horrible timing?
It DRASTICLY improved my MA. I can get the same timing now, but I keep getting occasional misses.

I agree.. Stepfiles are pretty much never perfectly on beat.. assist trick is always exactly on beat and its just with the notes, how does that hurt your MA?

Well, assist tick is technically never on beat considering it ticks when the moving arrows touch the stationary arrows.

No you didn't...

Well, the tick provides a constant beat reguardless of timing, more so than the violin in Caprice.

grr..still can't FC it again...

Its on beat with when you need to hit the arrows, which is the only thing that matters..

Maybe it would be better if Britney was wearing the same outfit as Alizee, but since she's in jeans, no.

Here are some more from me tonight. I think I've built up a lot of endurance lately from how often I've been playing, so it's not just the assist tick, but the tick has dramatically improved my MA. I can now do the end of OML (very slopppily), but before I couldn't.

For me it really depends on what the song is. In Caprice which I don't have in Stepmania, I guess Assist Ticks would really help because, um, the violin sounds iffy to combo on, or it's just that I really don't like classic songs.

Assist tick makes me miss cause if you slightly lose beat it startes ticking like a bitch especially on a song like caprice then it's hard to comeback..NICE JOB MAN :d
