![]() So it seems like in the future my work schedule will permit me more free time, and considering my normal, dull life, a fair portion of that will be directed towards stepmania. So I was stepping some Mario and thought that a Mario pack might be a good idea. I’m sure others already exist, but I’d like this to be a wide scope to encompass quite a few files. Generally anything relevant to Mario. Now I’m not a recognized author like Kommi or Puppet, etc., but I have a fair understanding of the fundamentals. And as Patashu said, I have a kinda peculiar style as far as omitted notes, etc. which, IMO, if applied correctly can greatly contribute to flow. If course this is debatable. My point is that Super Mario files are generally very simple so with only rudimentary stepping applied it obviously wouldn’t really permit me to superimpose any arguably-erroneous methods (blah blah blah). In other words this being my idea wouldn’t compromise the success of the pack. Both released or unreleased files are fine. I doubt many files will be exclusive to the pack although it should be a nice accumulation of high quality files which would be a pain in the ass to sort through yourself on various databases. So either post the link here, or you could even e-mail me a file at: PhantomPineapple@msn.com There is no minimum difficulty since I know that a fair portion of Mario songs are pretty ****ing simple. They also generally repeat several time (not always) so if pitch relevance gets compromised while restructuring patterns when they repeat that’s obviously permitted to maintain the fun factor. I’ll review all submissions and explain why it was or was not accepted. (if any credible authors would like to help that’d be awesome) I’ll have to see how this project develops. -Nick accepted accepted if errors are corrected rejected files accepted: Super Mario x2
