If you can't read it, it's Z x Z Nightmare Version  Btw,the creator of this stepfile needs to be shot. EDIT: Today was my first time trying out stepmania, I'd only done FFR. I love this more lol. Now I can practice DDR at home instead of spending 20 bucks a night at Magic Mountain or GameWorks.
