So... I came across this. Surprised me quite a bit, lol.

It's the old v.708 of FFR, with the old main menu song and (I'm pretty sure) the avmiss glitch. (Lol, it's pretty fun, since I've improved a lot after the fix)

Anyone know anything about this?

Competitive Avmiss Gaming v1.04

Lol, since there are quite a few people saying that this is fun/nostalgic (I wouldn't know... I was a complete newbie before the fix), I've decided to add some competitive aspect to this thread.

Play a FGO or a 13 using ffrndanotherway_5234. (I thought of doing FMO's as well, but that'd be too many songs... I'll see how this goes first) When you think you have a good score, take a screenshot of the result and post it in this thread. Note that the scoring system used in this thread will mostly be PA based.

10(perfects) + 3(goods) + combo

Here, I will list the songs that have been played with avmisses, along with the current record holder and the high score achieved. Scores in green are notable scores, meaning they aren't FGO's but... well, notable. =P

Note that I might not be able to update this regularly.... so try this once in a while and have fun!

v1.03 - 2/7/09 - Separating competition into two sections, one being based on total score,
and another based on the number of perfects, as per jimerax's request.

v1.01 - 2/5/09 - Added Notable Scores
v1.00 - 2/4/09 - Added Competitive Avmiss Gaming

i dont think its all old...cause it has across rooftops...i think its something somone made, for anyone who wants to play the old one?

and it doesnt have avmisss, i was able to mash FC reality.

EDIT: it has speedmods too, so its not before speedmods...

i dont really know what it is, its got new songs/seedmods/no avmiss yet its got old theme song and no songlist. its wierd Oo

No... I just played a quick round of Death Piano, and the score that came up on the result after the replay matched the ingame score exactly. So I'm fairly certain that it does have avmisses.

Btw, passed the 100 combo mark! Yay! Although it's still a terrible score... someone sup it! XD

It seems passing is still fairly easy even with the glitch.

A question is, though, are there more versions of ffrndanotherway_(number).swf? It'd be really cool if we found an older, "archived" version, but I doubt it... =P

Oh wow dude I love this! It shows true skill because on parts you dont usually miss on avmiss fix, you do on this version of ffr. And its a great way to improve your pa and fcing abilities. I just hope they don't take this down.
