Cardinals vs Rangers Game 6

Wow...just wow. I thought the Rangers had the game several times. Freese saved them in the 9th and 11th. Berkman and Freese - saviors. Awesome game! Game 7!

Dude.. i was just about to thread this moment. When i saw that last home run that took them to game 7, i was like gazing in shock waiting for the ball to drop.

When the ball came off the bat I was thinking, "No way, couldn't be." Then yup. Chicken bone. We'll see how mentally prepared the Rangers are tomorrow.

Yeah, but Freese, whoever dropped the first pop-fly, and Holiday all almost blew it with their mistakes. Holiday led off wayyyyyy too far when the bases were loaded in the (6th?), and he got picked off. Was it legal for the third baseman to set his foot in front of the bag to prevent that hand from touching it? I thought there was a rule against that unless it was home plate.

Holiday looked close enough to be safe, but berk going 5 for 5 is insane--beard power. I like how the Rangers were warming up tomorrow night's starter at the very end of the game.

Freese certainly redeemed himself. Holliday, not so much. I believe you can't obstruct the base path until the fielder has the ball.

Rangers got dusted in the last 2-3 innings, good on St. Louis. Hope game 7 is just as exciting.

LOL I have a friend who is a diehard Cubs fan, loyal man. That takes true loyalty. I'll always be a Colorado fan, screw the fact I live in IL.

In the post-game interview, brief as it was, Freese said something along the lines of, "I think I redeemed myself for that stupid error on the pop up."
As for the foot blocking the base, I believe the color commentators said that was perfectly legal. Either way, it worked. At least for that play.
Looking forward to game 7 though I think Lumph is right. I have a strong feeling the Rangers will win, but I'm still rooting for the Cards. That was an intense game 6.

as a rangers fan, i honestly don't think they deserve to be in the world series based on their seasonal play, and the fact that they are tells me just how terrible the rest of the AL is.
this world series is crazy intense though, i'll be missing game 7 tomorrow because i have more important things in my life ~lol~
