I would say that it is a good warm-up song if you plan to play 11's and 12's, but the song leaves my hand sore afterwards, kind of killing the point, hehe. n.n

If it was like, 40bpm slower, I'd say it would be okay. However, it isn't really fun to just mash in FFR (plus you get no real skill from it), but that's just me. :3

100% serious, there's literally no reason you can't FC it.

There's a good reason I called it waterquadding. It's not your typical quadhold, but it's something you should be able to do on any keyboard.
