Re: Best childhood game?
The games that really interested me as a child were:
Doom Wolfenstein 3D Super Mario World Super Mario Bros. 3 Donkey Kong Country Those were basically like the only games I played when I was young because I was very interested in games like Doom. Doom is probably my top favorite out of that list. Last edited by xxR3volutiion; 06-13-2011 at 03:59 PM.. |

Re: Best childhood game?
I played way too many games as a kid (still have trouble with that) but the two that stand out most are Wolfenstein 3D and Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back (hence the username).

Re: Best childhood game?
I thought I had already replied to this thread...
I'd say DDR(started playing in 3rd grade), the Spyro series, Crash Bandicoot series, Pokemon series, and Ape Escape.

Oh wow, Ape Escape! That brings back (faded) memories... Anyone remember Crash Team Racing? Croc: Legend Of the Gobbos? The original Need for Speed?

Re: Best childhood game?
4 from PS1: - Metal Gear Solid (When Snake didn't look like an old geezer) - Gensou Suikoden (Only the first two were good) - Parasite Eve (Oh Aya, how do you even end up in these situations...) - Xenogears (Original Japanese one. Awwwwwww yeah) 4 from SNES: - Zelda: A Link to the Past (OoT was good too. Actually all Zelda games were good) - Final Fantasy VI (TBH, I enjoyed this more than FF7) - F-Zero (Sucked at it, but it was so damn fun) - Super Mario World (Classic) Last edited by Evnoir; 06-28-2011 at 12:15 PM.. |

I played Croc 1 and 2(and still have both of them) but don't really consider them major games of my childhood
