WinAmp/FFR Radio Troubles...

Figuring out where to post this was a real pain. I figured it was either here or the Musician's Jungle Gym.

Anyway, I recently downloaded WinAmp becuase I wanted to play around on FFR Radio. I followed all the instructions on this page(with the exception of the encoder choice, MP3 LAME wasn't an available choice), and it won't broadcast.

Halp? >.<
