Virt, DJ Sharpnel (where can I buy / get songs?)

So I'm finding it difficult to locate music created and produced by artists which don't seem to fall under the "mainstream" category (and by "mainstream" I generally mean boring shitty music).

Luckily, a lot of great non-mainstream music seems to be partially propagated by games like FFR and StepMania. Although I still have problems getting StepMania to work properly. Ugh

Anyways, I'm trying to determine the best way to buy / download songs by certain artists (one of them being DJ Sharpnel). Other superb artists I've noticed are SGX, S.S.H, The Flashbulb, and others.

This community probably knows a lot about these more (sadly) obscure genres. Soooo, can anyone help me out here? Thanks a bunch.

virt has a bandcamp, I know. As for others, you could try playasia.

If you want to actually buy the physical albums, Discogs is a place to go. For the Japanese music, if you want to download it, DoujinStyle is a pretty good source. They have pretty well almost all J-Core, J-Pop, and J-Rock related music iirc. I'd recommend downloading if you can't afford to buy the albums, but if you can that's good too.

S.S.H. released some albums on hobirecords and other labels but those have been out of print since forever and are rare now so gl with that. Try akibaoo.co.jp or something for more current S.S.H. albums. As for anything else, try the artist's homepage or try discogs.com's marketplace.
