Default One of my toenail is getting blistered, what should I do?

I know this is pretty off, but on my right foot, one of my toenails is having the risk of being blistered (the toenail is still on my toe, I haven't pulled it off yet), so what should I do? Please help.
Edit: I got my problem solved, after reading some of the replys and a little bit researching and googling, I decided to patiently cut some parts of the toenail, it went really good. So, if anyone sees this thread, tell them to ignore it, sorry for those who feels disturbed by this thread.
