Which video game has the best music?

I haven't posted in forever, but I have to put my 2 cents in here.

1. Trails in the Sky the 3rd (aka Sora no Kiseki the 3rd) has a super amazing soundtrack

So many good songs from that game and it has the good songs from the previous games as well except for the boss music from the 2nd game which is an outstanding track.

2. Final Fantasy 13-2 also has some of the best video game music ever.

Plus it has the awesome music from the first game as well.

I would've mentioned Lightning Returns if it had the good music from 13-2, but some of the best music of the previous games are only available in a simplified traveling musician form, or not in the game.
