I'll say it's worth buying if you've got people to play it with. It's pretty dull solo. If you've played L4D1 a lot, you probably won't get anything extra out of it, but it's still a fun play. If you don't have the $20 right now, just wait until you do. It's gone on sale a LOT and probably will go on sale even more.

It's fun, but it usually goes on sale to like $10 or even $5 (which is what I got it for)

I suggest waiting for that to happen I guess.

rly short review (PC): The co-op I find is massively fun, wasted so many hours just playing with other buds screwing around or challenging ourselves, even finding some custom campaigns should we get bored of the stock ones, as well as stuff like mutation and scavenge add abit to the replay value. Versus is also a neat feature. Solo is a bit dull, only times I used it for when I was offline, killing time, or just to play around with custom mods that I can't use online. If you have plans to play with others then I'm sure $20 may be worth it, if not like I said wait till it's on sale, lowest I've ever seen it drop is 5 bucks.

Yeah, it's nothing to rush into.
I have a lot of run playing by myself in Versus modes or special gametypes they have up.
I remember playing one called Tank run where you start off running through the campaign as fast as you can, after about a 5-10 second head start, 4 tanks come in and try and fuck you up. Now THAT'S fun to play with your friends as you're screaming for your life and your screen is shaking like crazy.

Sounds fun. I've got 1 or 2 friends that I can play with whenever. If I got it I would probably end of finding some others to play with as well.

It's sooo worth it. Especially with all the custom maps, textures, and sounds. I play this game almost everyday on xbox and it's not nearly as good as on PC. I <3 this game

It's the best game I've ever played, hands down. Especially playing with friends. Eternal replay value as well. Have 87 hours and I feel like i haven't even scratched the surface.

depends on your interest, totally worth it for me, its my best weekend game. Love doing speed runs/survival with a friend who has similar interest.
