I guess an acknowledgement of the situation from Renard is better than nothing. I don't like how most of the "apology" is about Renard trying to minimize how much he is at fault, however he did say he needs some time to himself; I suppose he wants to resolve this situation internally with himself before doing any external resolutions. How much time he needs though and whether or not he's going to follow through is up in the air.
