You're from Canada, and I just got into a minor accident with a Canadian in the United States. And I don't know what the **** I owe her (I rear ended her cuz my brake line broke oops)... and the police never came because the accident was so minor... she wants my license number and registration number? I'm not sure what she needs them for... but that is all she wants. So 5/10 because of Canada and my situation.
