I held off until now because I had a BIG essay due this morning. I can definitely get the judging done by the deadline.

We use x/10 rating system this time, and probably in the future judgement too.

So far, the best rated file has nearly 9/10 average and worst one has 1/10 average.
Average rating of all files/all judges will be around 6/10.
