[14][23][14] imo gets easier if you just sit in the FFR Editor (R^3 only sadly) and keep hitting those. Editor will show your inputs for keys hit so if you practiced the pattern (or any for that matter) not only will muscle memory help but you get a visual indicator if you're hitting the pattern right

Specifically with that pattern, you can visually see if you are hitting those correct or if your fingers get to the point where they swap into [13][24]s which was a problem for me back some months ago

The way the frames converted on that file, it's actually significantly easier if you ignore the music and just hit a quad where the one frame gap between the [23] and the [14] occurs. I can't verify because I'm at work but iirc a one frame gap occurs 3 out of the 4 times for that pattern, and it's pretty easy to bullshit with a tiny bit of practice.

When I AAA'd I Hate The 80's I just isolated that part.
If you can force yourself to memorize that part it'll come naturally.
If all else fails I guess you could go for the quad trick.

Well i tried the quad trick out and it works to a degree, you can get away with hitting [1234][14], gotta practice it still though.
Also it turns out I suck at the rest of the file so there's that.
I'll get it eventually...

looking @ the chart
the first [14][23][14] pattern can be hit as [1234][14]
the second is [14][1234]
the third is [1234][14]
then the last is cheatable if you're lucky as hell

rather, those are where the 1 frame gap is, and where you'd have more success hitting at a quad; if you cheat the pattern near the first [14] each time you're gonna have a tough shot hitting the second and last ones consistently
