You will be given one week to complete your stepfile to the best of your ability.
there is going to be less than 3 days to judge 2 full groups of files. given that there is 25+ participants per group (75+ total participants / 3 groups), judges are going to be expected to judge 50+ files (the total number of files in the other two groups) in under 3 days (3 weeks time for files being stepped and 1 week total for judging). there is no way this is possible and you need to reconsider this structure.

You are absolutely right, and this will be changed to give judges enough time. I'll post when we have finalized it.
Rap music is music. However, It's not in the traditional sense of how we understand music. The vocals are filled with slangs that gangs used since the 70s and a lot of the instrumentations are replaced with "Street Sounds" instead of traditional instruments. Music is defined as any combination of sounds that is pleasing to the ear, so while one person may find it as "noise" another person can find it pleasing to the ear and so call "vibe" with it as how I think the kids would say it these days.
Xiz and I will be starting the stepcon today. All participants will receive a pm with their group and step file download. We'll keep registrations open until the thread tag says otherwise.
