They're both Mario RPGs of the same style.

And actually, I would prefer real time over turn based anyway. I got over that **** when I stopped playing Pokemon Fire Red and even if I try, I just can't get back into it. Hell, I'd probably have a hard time getting into FFT again, and I would definitely rank that as #1 RPG I've ever played.

As for Metroid as FPS: I never was a fan of the old Metroid games. I have the original for the NES and it just never caught my interest enough to actually get any decent amount into it. As for the FPS element: I find that I actually don't hate FPS when played on computer, but for some reason, I just really hate console FPS.

uh let's see... what else is there...

Yeah, I have an attitude of "if I am satisfied with what I have, I don't want to experience something different". If everyone worked on this wavelength, there would be a lot more people satisfied with their lives. Don't worry with what you don't have if what you have is just fine.

Hmm... uh 15$ for a game that I know nothing about just because other people say it's good? Sorry, but after Twilight Princess, I have a hard time accepting something as awesome just because most people say it is.

ps are the games I said I didn't know about RPGs? If so, I wouldn't want to play them anyway. My RPG quota is effectively filled with MapleStory.

I can't imagine why anyone would think that way.

I love the taste of Burger King. Should I just eat it for all three meals every day for the rest of my life? I mean, why bother eating something that won't taste as good.

I said before that nobody should EVER buy a game based on amazing reviews or popularity. EVERRRRR. (emphasis ever).

Watch gameplay videos, play the game, whatever. Do stuff before paying money for it. I've watched gameplay videos and video reviews for every game I've bought in the last three years before paying for it.

Hoo boy let me tell you.

I unlocked Speed break and Time something on Secret rings.

You wouldn't believe how fast you go, the time thing makes you go all bullet time so you can speed through spinning fans and that.

Ps. Some of the levels in Secret rings are visually awesome.

Oh, that's another one. I am supposed to pick up Killer7 for either GCN or PS2 (If I ever get a working PS2 =/)

Remember, the company is making another called No More Heroes and it's looking really sweet so far.

They've taken Camelot off the list of unknown possible Wii games from Wikipedia.

However, Camelot's wiki page has a confirmed RPG in the works by Camelot.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camelot_Software_Planning

Don't know what to tell you. Could be DS, could be Wii.

Edit: Nunchuck-only RPG footage: http://www.opoona.com/movie.htm

Edit 2: One Piece game footage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdoCd8F7Ixs and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8ixl6CZGEs

I have my doubts that it will be localized correctly.

Yay, I have the Wii.

I don't play WiiSports because I don't like sports videogames.

But I have Twilight Princess and I play it.

Plus I finally got my hands on those ancient NES games. Just Super Mario Bros and Zelda I is enough for me. =3

Meiloyn, have you given Wii Sports a try? Especially with friends/family?

I also hate sports and video games of them, but I still found Wii Sports to be rather entertaining. Especially stuff like Bowling.

Bowling is my favorite Wii Sport game. Otherwise, I find the other Wii Sport games to be very, little, fun. Unless of course I have friends over, then it changes everything.

Watched the One Piece Wii game trailer. It looks awesome. I understood several of the words said and recognized pretty much the rest of them. Which is pretty cool. =]

Baseball is my favorite on Wii Sports. But its gotten sooo hard now that my score is like 1200. (I hate those female pitchers and their underhand pitching. It makes seeing splitters almost impossible, expecially going 90+.)

Also has anyone gotten pro at boxing? My score is in the 800s and even though I win it subtracts like 3 points from my score. :/

I have that mag.

BUT OMG NIGHTS. Please god. PLEASE. Nights into dreams was so awesome. Ah the memories are flooding back to me, the hours and hours I played that game. I think I must of been around 7 or 8 when it came out, the story and the whole fairy dream tale swept me away big time. That game was so brilliant. I hope to god it's coming to the Wii.

What the site says about Sega fans being pissed if it's a joke is right mind. I'm hardcore Sega and if this is a joke I'll bomb ONM.

Haha, I just re-read the first ten pages of this thread.

Summary: lol remote itz a gimick

Retort: It's been for exactly four months. Anyone still think the same way? Anyone still think people will shy away from the console because it handles a little differently than everything else? Anyone still think it's going to fail?

Nah, I think that the first couple of games that are being released are quite motion sensitive heavy and stuff just to sell the innovation and show people what can be done. Where on the verge of the Spring/Summer game explosion and anyone saying it's a gimmick still will be put in there place soon enough.
