Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
They go much much better than the current 'new' ones. lol
It's exactly the kind of quality that the token images should have. Last edited by Smok3y; 07-1-2007 at 03:24 PM.. |

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
I've already made a skill token template and sent a copy of it to Rebirth... What I'd really like is a template for the normal tokens. Or at least a base image of the FFR Guy I could use for it, so that it would match pretty well.
If you can, send it to me via a pm or to Rebirth.

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
Those are hawt skill tokens, I'd so want them on my page.
Also, I'm so glad I got that token over with. The REQUIREMENT of getting goods/averages is my worst fear for a skill token ever.

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
I bet it'll get worse, there'll probably be at least a few more like that. Probably much harder. =( I'm not a big fan of them either.

We should use some of those to replace the old ones. These are really nice. |

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
No, please don't replace any of the old ones, there will be more than enough new ones to use all of those plus a lot more.

Digital: Talk with Brilliant Dynamite Neon. He made the majority of the original tokens and skill tokens.
And, I appreciate the image making. Thanks.

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
Well, I can tell you how to do it in photoshop if you can get it.
Make a new (transparent) image that's 40x45 (pixels) and grab the Elliptical Marquee tool and draw yourself a nice looking circle. Duplicate the layer, and go to Select > Modify > Contract and put in 2 or 3 pixels for the border. Then on your first layer color it whatever color you want the border to be, then color the second layer whatever color you want the main part of the token to be. Then just add the logo which you can get by rendering (I'll explain that if you want me to) and you're pretty much done. I realize how ridiculous it was to type up all that. -_- |

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
I'd just like everyone to know that I earned my first token today. Emotions v2.
I don't count the first one since it didn't take anything to find, and I had to be told how to find #7 so that I could do my job (grumblegrumbletokentardsinmyGBingrumblegrumble). So yeah, first token is a big accomplishment for me. Took about six tries to get, though. Look forward to getting the new easy ones, too. --Guido http://andy.mikee385.com |

Re: July: Month of the Skill Token
Can't wait for more skill tokens. I'll be content with averaging out 1 each day because it's fun trying to get them.
Emotions hates me. When i got 20+ averages and goods, i'd end up with 398 or less perfects, then when i get 400 perfects and 20+ goods i'd end up with 19 or less averages. XD i can easily FC it with about 20 goods and maybe a few averages, but when asked for over 20 of each it really becomes a bit harder.
