Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
If that was directed towards me:
I'll see which one (consulting other people) is better and submit only one, or you guys (the judges) could test both and reject one or the other (or both). What's the better thing to do? O btw, this is something I started working on from jx's advisory like 4-5 months ago. <_<

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Dude Tass!!!!!!!!!! Twin Chevron Action Flash Is the crappiest file I've ever stepped I didn't want it to be in the batch. God ****ing Damnit I was waiting for you to see Blue Sky and your right I am a ****ing idiot for sending a blank file that was my fault. I'll say it again IM A ****ING IDIOT! But damn now I'm gonna have to make a video of Blue Sky and show you its not a piece of ****. And guess what, I STILL think Blue Sky kicks the ass out of all the other stepfiles so get ready for a youtube post. Call me a noob, a stupid, anything you like, but I'll never go back on my word. I WILL show you what this noob's capable of. So here I go posting Blue Sky on video, I hope your happy.
Edit: Well, here it is. The only reason I'm doing this is because Tass thinks my other files are crap because of Twin Chevron Action Flash. Otherwise, I would have waited for the next batch. But I guess everything just got messed up. This is the link to Blue Sky For FFR. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QrI_2TXUvQ

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
this would get rejected
BPM is right, but it has yellow note syndrome, so the offset is wrong jump placement is bad, as is PR some rhythms are wrong very inconsistent it has a quad, those are not allowed in non-FMO/FGO's, plus it was unnecessary oh and a few hands that are also unnecessary/not allowed nice try Quote:
sorry but it was pretty damn bad.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I also left comments on it but on the video itself. I think I was lenient but I gave an honest "Judge" of it. I only included the things that jumped out at me.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
bpm was half of what it's supposed to be, wrong offset, terrible patterns, hands in an easy file, hands that don't go to anything worth making hands to, you used 24ths instead of 32nds (which should be 16ths at double bpm), song was long and repetitive and boring, no PR just generic crap patterns, etc.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
holy crap
gg_guru that file is horrible. bad song choice, stupid pattern choices, tons of wrong rhythms, yellow note syndrome, pitch relevancy does not exist, inconsistency, generally an amateur dump with no intrinsic value I'll tell you right off the bat that at most you'll be a mediocre stepartist, you'll probably never be #1 or anywhere decently close to it sorry dude (ps I'm nailing on you cause you were so braghappy before)

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Well, in reality, I guess I spent only about 100 or so hours on it over a 4-5 month period of time.
No self-esteem or confidence. Figures.
