fun fact, Floatzel was the fastest swift swim user for a long time, meaning rain dance was basically the equivalent of dragon dance on him
and for a pure water type pokemon with the offensive stats he has that's pretty terrifying

but the endgame stats and raw power+fantastic typing on empoleon is so worth it

Infernape gets better coverage though, close combat is broke in game
