Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
1. dood: about the email thing... i'm already paying $75/year extra out of my pocket to increase my email storage space because of simfiles... so, no. not getting a new email for them. there's no need. i'd have to buy extra storage for that. 7 GB isn't enough. I think i'm at 20 or so right now, out of the 50GB i get with the upgrade.
2. guru: you're an idiot. only an idiot would send me a blank .sm file two different times. only an idiot would not read the instructions on something that is apparently so important to him. only an idiot would call reading a bitch. and, on top of all that... your other submitted file is in this batch still. but, IIRC, blu already looked it over and told me it was worse than garbage. get off your high horse and stfu until you have some clout in this sub-community of simfilers. 3. everyone else... thanks for your assistance, but it's not needed. and it's over now. so no more.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
how about we either:
a. be productive b. have Tass lock the thread EDIT: Problem solved! Yay for Tass! Also, Tass, sorry to bother you, but will you notify the judges that I have a version of Drum Solo with louder volume, but same steps? So they won't just say "great file, but it won't be heard on FFR, bye bye", when I made a fixed version, sorry, just want to make sure

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
okay you guys, listen up stepmania chancellor speaking
ALL OF YOU NEED TO SHUT DA FUGGING UP all you guys now care about are stroking your own cocks and pummeling others to the ground. you do not care for ffr, you do not care for the happenings outside your lair, and you certainly do not give a sh*t about other people. all you care about is your tiny little popularity circle hoping that you can get a file in the game. well let me tell you all something SHUT THE F*CK UP those who are newbies and think they are soooo goooood at stepping that we should bow down to you and suck your nonexisting cocks without knowing your abilities that's very smart of you, you deserve an award. NO SERIOUSLY GO F*CK YOURSELF IN THE ASS no one cares about you, no one likes you. at least, not until you can provide substantial proof that you know what you're talking about. for example, if you're good at critiquing files, CRITIQUE A FILE AND THEN BRAG IF YOU DO EARN THE BRAGGING RIGHTS if you're good at stepping files, STEP SOMETHING, RELEASE IT, AND STROKE YOUR COCK AFTER YOU GET POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM HIGHLY SKILLED STEPPERS NOW FOR THE ASSHOLES WHO THINK THEY RUN THE SITE you do not tell others to shut da f*ck up. that is my job and the admins' job. instead, you give them helpful advice. because I'm quite sure that if a newbie walks in here doing something wrong and gets bashed almost immediately they will think you guys are JERKS WOW WHAT LOGIC and maybe if they think you're jerks they WON'T LISTEN TO YOU WOW WHAT LOGIC shut the f*ck up and stop saying things like "oh you sound like daman" cause no one cares enough about daman to even talk about him anymore and comparing these people does nothing except piss them off and improve your own ego now if there was really someone as stubborn as daman, you'll know in time and they will eventually cause trouble for themselves and you can bash them then. but for now SHUT THE HELL UP AND GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER BEFORE YOU GET THE THREAD LOCKED AGAIN YOU DUMBASSES yes I'm being a hypocrite but I have to do something. ever since I went on a series of rampaging ego explosions people have been doing nothing but imitating me. YA SHOULD BE IMITATING MY STRENGTHS NOT MY EGO EDIT: ninja'd by tass so this is kinda just pounding the dead body k on a cooler note Quote:
also I keep trying to reach you but you never reply back on msn I don't want to say you can't brag, but you probably shouldn't until your files are generally accepted by the public one easy way to do that is make sm files. this way, you don't have to go through the crap to get the files in the game, more people will play it, you get to step however the hell you like, use freezes and mines (and even rolls if you really wanted), add gfx (static or movies or changing static images), use bpm changes and stops to create xmod sims, and customize everything else this is why you step sm files and not ffr files @stavie: wow drum solo is the epitome of generic names. really, pick a song with at least a decent freaking name haha

This thread got a double-whammy by Tass and stargroup. I can hear the voice of Michael Kelso saying "BURN!", or even, "DOUBLE BURN!!"

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
lol... well, apart from the hypocracy, stargroup did pretty much continue my feelings on the current subject, minus my eloquence.
now, seriously... let's move on, mmkay? and god damnit stavie... the other judges read the thread too. they know your damn file has a quiet mp3 and that you have a louder one that is no different in any other way. you do not need to keep repeating yourself like the 5 year old red-headed stepchild in the corner that all the adults are trying to ignore but keeps shouting his silly nonsense anyway. o wai...

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
because TGB is the home of all ****ty threads, amirite?
on topic: I still don't see why all the judges don't like my files. Maybe I've just been away from stepping for so long, but whatever. I'll go take another look... |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I told you Tass, you could have just responded nicely, no need for bashing
Well, at least I get it, oh wait, I'm a brunette, and I'm skinny, and don't have an Afro, and look like this: But it's okay, thanks for the bashing tass, I guess... And shall we quit wandering off topic into zones we don't wish to go? If not, this thread will (and probably should) be locked, let's try and keep this on what it's about, stepfiles and the queue (not in game stepfiles, not trolls or flamers, not retards) EDIT: Ninja'd by JX

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
As I asked before, did I turn my files in on time? I believe I did.
EDIT: Whoops, nevermind. No it didn't make it. At least theres a song of mine in the batch stepped by hi19. Yayz ^^ Just on the side note, the song is ancient. I made it in my n00by days of music. So if it does make it, no negative judgements. Now I'll STFU before I get too annoying and end up making a total ass of myself (I think I'm too late though). I have a sinking feeling that one of the files I sent in was blank. T_T

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
brunette is feminine. brunet is masculine.
On-topic: I'm sending 0 (piano vers) and 0 (w/ vocal) sometime next week (as long as I don't lose any other electronic devices). See how that goes. jx got blanket permission for cosMo's hp iirc.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
i'm really not a fan of 2 similar versions of 1 song being submitted together. i didn't like it with toph's op, or lapis, or oasis, or a few others... to date, i've been a relative softie on the topic though.
