Here is how torcherous getting 1 bil in a day was for me. You get mindblocks out the ass after playing it so much. These are my best runs during these phases.

How I was when I first started playing:

Between 250m~300m (My arms started to feel like they were burning):

Half way mark (The veins in my wrists were killing me at this point):

750m (Someone chopped off my hand and I had to use my feet):

900m+ (got used to some of the pain at this point plus a dinner break helped):
