was there a stealth update to r^3, I had to change my offset back to 14/15 as opposed to 2/3 (which I've been using on this computer ever since I started playing on it)

reverse mod on r^3 doesn't reverse the chart, only the song. this didn't used to happen.

Reposting because this really ought to be fixed.

When deleting a video from the video DB instead of being redirected to your list of uploaded videos you are redirected to a blank page at videos/manage.php?d=(videoID).

I haven't encountered this error before using R^3, but considering it's happened to a few players that is enough to bring it up as a serious bug. Small edited snippet of the bug:
Quote:
[6:31:01 PM] Rob: ERROR: SONG MAY NOT RECORD
[6:31:57 PM] Mikey Z. [~Zeta~]: if any sort of score (even a 0-0-10-0 failed start) doesn't get sent, it spams that fucking message forever
This message supposedly pops up during a song and lags the engine which interferes with ingame plays. I'm not sure what criteria the engine uses to determine this (ping requests or whatever) but it should not happen during gameplay.

Also I should clarify that a bug, in broadest terms, can refer to a piece of functionality that shouldn't be there. This piece of functionality should not happen during playing a song.

It's part of the song start request when it fails, though it shouldn't really lag the engine. I'll look into disabling it.

Seriously, ffs, someone please tell, is R^2 deliberately disabled when it comes to saving scores?

If this is the case, can we please reinstate OMGWTFT0K3N and The Wisest Were Wrong on that engine? I'd like to play those files without the gimmicks and it's understandable that they're disabled on R^3 but if the scores aren't saving I see no harm in putting them on that engine.

Profile badges are not perfectly aligned. I've seen it on Etienne's profile as well.

a bug i've noticed on the legacy engine which is pretty annoying is when a song has a long pause between two notes, (or has a long pause before the first note appears) there will be a input delay when you hit a the first note after the pause.

It seems to occur if you hit the note on a early perfect frame or the exact perfect frame, and it then delays it so you get a good. It's then fine afterwards. It also seems to occur considerably more on mirror.

You can get around it by hitting the note on the late perfect window, but then that can mess your timing up later on. This doesn't occur in all songs that have long pauses but it's pretty annoying in certain cases.

A few examples include
Counter Clockwise Chant Pattern: The first note/hand in the file is probably the best example
Final Fantasy Last Battle Festival: Just when the 16th jumpstream starts, the first jump (the sped-up section)
My half: the first note after the long pause about 1/4 of the way through
Parousia: First note

I don't know if it's just lag on my end or something else but I've had this for a couple of weeks now (Why i haven't mentioned this before I don't know) so I thought I would bring it up.

So, I had the exact same problem on a Mac not too long ago except it was R^3 so that makes me think the problem is with computer/keyboard.

If I'm correct about this problem, the best way to deal with it is simply move your fingers to other keys and keep time for a little bit.

I do have a possible bug regarding profile chat. Whenever I go into my profiles, the chatroom keeps saying, "This user already exists," but I already know there is not another user with the same name. By the way, I did not open up another tab to the same website.

ill give it a go, luckily its only a handful of songs that do it
conveniently there is another way around it which is to hit the note early and it works most of the time
