And no, dude, one's thought process of sitting down and deciding to do something is irrelevant to a criminal act. If I walk into a store and decide on the spot to punch out the clerk and steal the money from the cash register, the fact that I decided to do so without premeditation does not negate the fact that I did it knowing that it was wrong to do it.

Animal abuse isn't that serious of a charge... I think jail time will be minimal, maybe a few years at the very maximum.

But I would not be at all surprised if the repercussions extend beyond the legal system. Anyone who looks up his name will find the video and any sane person who watches the video will hate Kenny. I imagine he'll have an interesting time trying to get a job in the future.

There are worse things. A kid back in 2004 accidently killed his best friend while they were practicing wrestling moves. He was charged with first-degree murder. A 15 year old boy was given LIFE in prison for accidently having too much fun with his best friend. How do you think that compares to some retarded boy with a funny voice slapping a cat?

That's only proving this point further; this was no accident. This is animal cruelty, it is a felony in some states, and it was on purpose.
