There are worse things. A kid back in 2004 accidently killed his best friend while they were practicing wrestling moves. He was charged with first-degree murder. A 15 year old boy was given LIFE in prison for accidently having too much fun with his best friend. How do you think that compares to some retarded boy with a funny voice slapping a cat?
