Re: badman7772's Tournament of Darkness - WILD CARD EDITION
6 days until startup. Will be going over placements in a day or two. There may be more than 8 divisions in this tournament as I'll have to see how the numbers are.
Also there is only one player currently not eligible yet to play in this tournament. They have been notified on what they need to do.

Re: badman7772's Tournament of Darkness - WILD CARD EDITION
I am beginning the placement process now. For higher levels (D5 through D7) it may get a little weird, but don't worry. Nothing is final yet, but there will be some players placed outside of their Skill Rating division (that did not request a different division.)
Hence there is a D5.5. This is higher-end D5/lower-end D6 player division. They will receive their own difficulties, harder than lower-end D5.

Re: badman7772's Tournament of Darkness - WILD CARD EDITION
Pot is now almost at 900k! This will increase at the conclusion of OT 13.5 when I get my credit prize.
To everyone that's contributed, it's all greatly appreciated! <3

Re: badman7772's Tournament of Darkness - WILD CARD EDITION
Pushed tournament date forward from the end of Tuesday to Monday night. Tomorrow I will be doing a Skill Rating update and finalizing placements.
PM's will go out to everyone (that can receive them) when the first round starts, and when each subsequent round starts.

Re: badman7772's Tournament of Darkness - WILD CARD EDITION
Due to the holiday week coming up and players possibly not having time to play during Christmas, I have decided to drop the first round VERY early. You will still have until Friday, December 25th at 11:59 PM EST to submit a score. Here are your round's difficulties.
D1: 16 D2: 30 D3: 44 D4: 51 D5: 63 D5.5: 71 D6: 80 D7: 87 D8: 94 Let's get our feet warm this round. Hopefully we'll see a lot of AAA's! In case you still don't understand how this works: You pick ANY song on FFR (no alt engines) with your division's above difficulty and use it as your tournament song. Your raw good count will be recorded in the spreadsheet. You want the least amount of raw goods possible! Registration will still be open until the end of round 1, so if you wish to participate, state that you're signing up here, and if you feel like you know where you're gonna get placed, just go ahead and submit a score that division's difficulty, or whatever division you wish to be placed in (given lower division prize policies.) Good luck, and most importantly, have fun!
