I saw the comic Silvuh mentioned with that first image and it mentions a character in "Firefly". "Firefly" connects to the fireflies mentioned before, and a character in the cast of that show has the name Mal Reynolds.

So yeah, MalReynolds. I like the path this puzzle makes you take.

I'm not going to be posting a puzzle because I'll probably suck at coming up with a good idea, haha.

Yeah, the first image... the background was supposed to represent Firefly, but.. that failed, 'cause of the ambiguity there. And the foil wrap is Reynolds Wrap.

River Tam Beats Up Everyone. Yeah, she's another character from Firefly... And the image of the ship was cropped from the cover of the soundtrack, so I assumed that was the ship from the show...

And, yeah, anyone who looked at the cast list of Firefly should have gotten this easily. It's MalReynolds, yeah. Someone else can go now, 'cause Hammy is passing.

I don't know how one gets such a clear shot through a microscope with that picture. It is definitely ugly.
