to the person with the mac: i'm pretty sure you can do screencaptures with macs.... but if you really want to, yes, you can use a digital camera and take a photo of your monitor's image and upload and submit that.
to Lar: staff means anyone with access to staff forum... and a few small select other people who "technically" aren't staff, but they do so much for the site and are treated with the respect of staff memberes, and contribute as much as staff members. jimerax and drugstore pop into my head as prime examples of that group.
