That sucks. My old school never blocked like anything (only very graphic site obviously) So in directed study i would play ffr all class. i don't know about my high school though, but i wouldnt even have time to play. lol

my school has ffr blocked but luckily not xqsite.com yet. they blocked every proxy server you could think of and yeah, its retarded.

Anyway, I tried to get by my school's proxy. Trouble is, they just so happen to be a Tech school and know them all by the backs of their hands, so no dice. I tried everything, even the old "Https://" trick. It still caught on, and if by chance it didn't, the game I DID get to sucked hardcore. I did reach Arch0wl, but I could never post my hiscores or any of that noise. Any other Tech students have better luck??? (Please?)

well if anyone here has the time like i had listen up, if you have blank cd what you can do is get win dows service pack 2 and download it onot the school s computer, at my school i practically erased the whole partition, then i just put up the windows defender from the microsoft site and installed my excell, there ya have it school firewall destryed and you can go anywherehttp(yay), however bear n mind that i "worked on my project" after school becuase erasing the partition from the school is hard not to mention that some schools r smart enought to try to blok off microsoft update, if thats bloked then yur not going anywhere, good luk to peoplz who try and srry for long mess

What Synth should do is try and make a mirror for most of the more common of even all of the players for mirrors. He could also just do it when needed which I think would be the most common sense needing one.

My school uses a web blocker called "Smart Filter". It blocks FFR and its mirrors except for the spinitup one.

You're lucky. Mine uses Websense, and people on most of the boards say it's damn near impossible to fool.

My school has blocked almost everything known to man you tube your the man now dog FFR things that have like video clips of stuff they block and they got rid of all the ip blockers it blows

Mine is blocked right now.
However, it helps if you know your way around the command prompt. right now, there are at least two ways I know of to get past (It's called Surf-Loc here).
One uses the Command prompt(But we all know how to get around that, Dont we?)
And the other is good ol' https (But for some reason, it won't load the games, I can only go on the forums)

I won't use the command prompt way, as it will get me suspended. (I am in my class now, and currently bypassing via https.

Err...CompSci1 FTW! (I just finished CS4AP BTW)
And if my typing looks rushed, it's cause my teacher could look over any minute.
