Ah, the street fighter anime WAS good for its time. I forgot about that entirely with ToP being the best anime adaptation of a game I've seen so far. It needed more of Sagat being a bad guy and had a perfect set up for it, but neglected it entirely. Ah, well, Vega, Bison, and Balrog fit the role just fine. 3/4 baddies ain't bad at all.

I was hoping they would make halo a movie and they are! Scheduled to release with halo 3! Hopefully it doesnt turn out like doom and have the crappiest people in it lol. L8er!

This thread is only pointless to the point of viewing. I laugh about this thread. Movies and series based on video games will only go down the drain. Take for example, Mario Brothers. They might have aired it about 10 times, giving about 6 months between each air, then they never showed it again. Thay also have The Wizard. It is about a 6-yo boy who is a nintendo master, joins a nintendo contest in Florida, and wins $1,000,000. They only aired it about 5 times.

Anyways, I think EB is right. The only games worth doing are the ones who aimed to be like a movie in the first place. If we follow that path then these movies would do well:

-Shadow of The Colossus
-Ico
-Metal Gear Solid Series
-Xenosaga Series
-Beyond Good and Evil

I'm suprised that nobody mentioned BG&E. If there was one video game in existance that needed a movie more badly, BG&E would be that game. That game has more movie-esque moments than I can count. =P

Which is why it's best to just not watch movies. Or television. Because it all just sucks.

The directors of these shows and movies seem to think they know exactly what people want and they decide to make a movie and they think it'll be so great but what they don't realize is that it sucks.

with the release of utorrent 1.6 i don't think there's any reason anyone should need to use azureus anymore

not only is azureus a gigantic resource hog, it's full of bugs and, in general, has slower speeds than utorrent

utorrent uses a ridiculously small amount of ram, has a very small memory footprint, doesn't need to be installed, and it has all of the features of azureus except for pointless crap like IRC

Please note: My opinion lacks sufficient knowledge on the subject. I rented it, never touched it, but I watched my brother play it at various times. The graphics and gameplay seemed, and felt for the limited time I played it, excellent. Very cinematic feeling, and awesome bosses that were rewarding to figure out and defeat. I was commenting on the story part of it, because I never had a chance to actually learn the entirity of the story, just some parts. I appologize for my ignorance on the subject.
