The tournaments sound nice except for the fact that unless the cheating thing is for sure blocked it wont be fun. I have been playing for about 4 months ago and most people eventually get bored of play ffr because there just isnt much there but if there were tournaments and leagues everyone would be in that. Although this site might get crowded. On another note is there a way that the songs can preload in a way that they are nice and clean like the downloaded version? Im running 2 gig processer and online it is still laggy.

Yeah...whenever R2 should get here. FFR will be in full effect once it finally gets off the ground.

if you beat ur existing high score, im assuming the original one dissapears to allow the new one entry, because if your first run sticks no matter what it is rather rediculous.

I think tourneys and leagues would be koo, except for the fact that SOME people *coughArch0wlcough* are maniacally good at this, and the n00bs (not myself, but a few of my friends) would be left in the whirling dust. I strongly suggest separating it by ranges of average points per song or something, to give non-masters half a pork rind's chance.

but then who do you get to seperate them???... like myself and maybe jewpin (i dont know how good he plays) we both dont rival arch but... we could destroy the n00bs... so do we just own the n00b division or stay at the bottom of the archolws and hyrogashi's and the omicrons (just to name a few)....

Well, I'm not nearly as good with my hands as I am with my feet. I can be really really good, but the only time I was on the high score list was the night when Synth released those six new songs. Soul Shift is fun ^_^

I like the idea of a league or tournament. Like 87x said, the yahoo pool leagues worked out really well, im not sure how you'd do it for ffr but it sounds like a good time.
This is my first post, because i pretty much just play ffr like a maniac and dont read. I dont get to be BaTman anymore though

Why not have a qualfying session to see who could "make the cut" like in NASCAR (Did I just compare FFR to NASCAR?!). Anyways, you could seperate the people accuality worth playing from the people who are just getting into the game. If anyone (n00bs) complains about not being able to compete, tell them to get better and then try out. I think it's a good idea at least.
