Bump a really old thread, or make a new thread with the same topic? I have no idea. Probably, the best solution is to forget the topic, but that would defeat the purpose.

To make a new one or go back to the other one, it doesn't matter, this one is aleady here, so we'll go with it.

Re: How did you acquire your username?
Well 2-3 years ago, I loved dragons really much(don't know why). I also thought the word "Blaze" was cool. And my birthday is 4/14. Thus came BlazeDrag414.

I had been waiting to hear the story of yours. It paints quite a visual image.

I like penguins. And the number 53. I decided to have a user name that contradicted both of those so I cam up with this one. The fun was added in because it made it sound better.

One of the old forums I was on eventually made me an admin for various reasons. One of the things we added in was an RPG called "Legend Of The Green Dragon" (eventually we replaced it with a custom RPG that I kept adding things to, was a lot more fun). Well anyway, in LotGD the goal of the game is to eventually meet and kill the Green Dragon. You get a certain number of turns per day in order to do various tasks and eventually you have to start searching for the Green Dragon so you can kill him, which involves a little luck. I was the best player on the RPG when we started and I was first to have to find the dragon. Every time you "search" it costs turns. Day 1 and I didn't find it. Day 2 and I didn't find it. Day 3 and I didn't find it. This went on and on, others start to pass me, find the dragon, then move up in rank and prestige. Essentially, the dragon raped the **** out of me. I did eventually find him and kill him but at that point I was sick of the game and stopped playing it. Some time in the future I decided to take the name on as one of my names as a reminder of that time. About my other two names: Nauticus - Is related to the album "BE" by Pain of Salvation. Reaper - I was like 12. This is what 12 year olds come up with. Somehow it just stuck for years. |

Re: How did you acquire your username?
I used a random word generator and got "mask", then added my favorite composers name to the front of it.
It sounds cool and mysterious and all that other ****. Though if I had the chance I would definitively change my user name. |

Re: How did you acquire your username?
I was 11 (ouch) I was on neopets (o god, this keeps getting worse) and I called myself coolboy, cause I was (or thought I was) cool, and I am a boy but it was taken and I was shocked. So i thought I rule so I put a coolboyrulez with z for no apparent reason and this name stuck with me ever since. The end.

Re: How did you acquire your username?
I got mine by just thinking about what would sound cool and would make sense. A requiem is mass or a song for the deceased. So I figured that HellsRequiem would make sense because it symbolizes the way people are always honored in every aspect of physical and spiritual life.

Well,
I'm actually a Paradoxotaur, so if you believe in me- I don't exist. But for those of you that don't believe in me- I do exist. So technically I am nothing while still being something. <3
