TWG works all of the lobes of your brain that correlate with either: a.) being a paranoid schizophrenic who makes string maps on the wall or b.) a calculating sociopath who surpresses all hints of feeling to treat everyone around them like a tool to serve their own ends

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
I'd play it, but I'm more comfortable with anonymous games. They're generally funner for me.

I would especially appreciate some more female players if any ladies reading this are interested! I wonder what an all-lady TWG would be like... |

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
omg fine I'll play but I don't promise to bring anything good to the game. PM me or something if you haven't started yet.
I've played irl a couple times. I love games where I can backstab people. |

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
all of our games take place in the forums. some games additionally allow instant messaging. the one we're about to play basically does not.

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
That's only if out of thread happens. According to the votes right now in the host thread, there will be no outside thread talking, unless the game maker modified the rules, haha.
Edit: I got ninja'd, that must mean... |

:'(
naww that's ok! we're not currently starving for players. I just like to bump this thread to add a bit of exposure. the TWG subforum and its contents can look pretty confusing at first, I think. we twg-ers want to make it clear that new players are welcome |

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
I might have been interested in playing if there were less yet more experienced players. I find the game changes quite profoundly depending on how skilled all of the participants are.

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
so wait... would you rather have fewer experienced players? or more of them?
the game certainly changes depending on the players who are playing the game. the way those players play is also affected by the way they were "taught" to play, essentially. people who play on a different website probably go about things pretty differently. always fun to jump in with a new crowd! I think so, anyway. |

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
This upcoming game might be an interesting game for you to sign up for, MracY... it's anonymous! So we won't actually know who the participants are, or who is saying what, will I even sign up??? It is all a mystery!

One would almost think you are giving people 2 or more accounts again in this game.

Re: The Werewolf Game. play it.
oh right, the other game you played here was anonymous as well, wasn't it?
the only thing I can think of you might be referring to is when a wolf went inactive and had to be replaced, so the host used a dead wolf. that shouldn't have had a huge impact (game was clearly going in a certain direction already), but that is certainly not standard procedure. there will be a legitimate set of replacements for this upcoming game. |
