- How many people on FFR under rank 20k reside in Virginia, and what are their names?

1st - take your GTS and divide by 50000 for a rough estimate

2nd - As per a search of vB, there are 285 users with "Virginia" set as their location. Clearly that is not accurate at all... but I have no better way of doing it. Far too lazy to figure out how the profile location system works and is stored to search that. Plus, I'd then have to cross-reference it with GTS lists. Anyway... besides you, the only usernames I recognized are jchinzilla, niceguy104jw, RB_IcePh0enix, p4ntysh0t, Telvanni_guard, XPYRYMYNT, and XXXsmittyXXX. Not cross-checking them with top-whatever lists.

3rd - it's recorded but not displayed. it's server intensive. will see what we can do to get it on a non-live updating pattern... which would decrease the strain. maybe an hourly update or something.

no idea on boos...

guys vs girls... ehh. not accurate. not everyone lists their gender. and many list it incorrectly. but... 17,600 are listed as "guys" in vB, 16,000 as "girls".... which leaves 419,000 as "nada". Not sure where the other 1 million are...
