That reminds me, when I was younger and a super insomniac, I'd try to focus all my thoughts on breathing. It caused me to stay up for much longer just to be able to breathe normal XD

Ugh, I just realized another shame...

8 years old, got into a running race with a friend at school during recess, **** myself from running so hard while having to take a sh*t in the first place, whole class found out after I went home, come back 30 mins later, everyone laughed at me for a few weeks after that.

It bugs me every time I think of it. Gah... such a socially horrible event on an 8 year old haha.
